Reading Verse: Leviticus 1:1-17
He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart;
yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.
Ecclesiastes 3:11
The nature of human being tends to want everything happens instantly, in a rush and impatiently; we want everything to be done as soon as possible. But we must understand that God has certain and special times to answer our prayers. All things done in a rush will never produce good results. It is written in Ecclesiastes 3:11 that God has made everything beautiful in its time. God’s timing is not our timing, and His timing is perfect for us. So we have to learn to trust that God will do all things on time; He is never late in prevailing His goodness for us.
In order to trust God’s timing, we need to persevere in prayers. Keep calm and believe that God will work to bring goodness even though we haven’t seen change in our life. Persevere in hope because He is never disappointing. Remember that God made a promise to Abraham that he would bear a son. It seemed impossible at that time, but God fulfilled His promise in His time so Abraham got a son.
Keep your faith in waiting for God’s help. Never get affected by the time it takes to get His help. Instead, focus on God because He will never leave us. Each of His promises will be fulfilled on time.
Trusting God’s timing also means that we need to lay our burdens under His feet. We’ve got to believe that God will work in our life in the perfect timing. Never walk in doubt and anxiety; let God take control because when He takes control everything will be beautiful in its time. Be joyful in waiting for His time.
In life, we don’t always get everything we want instantly, because God reigns over us. Only Jesus determines the best time for us. His promise always comes on time. Let’s from this moment on trust everything in God’s hands, because He is the Lord who always reveals His goodness to us. Amen.
Trusting God’s timing also means that we need to lay our burdens under His feet.
