Reading Verse: Deuteronomy 29:1-29
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit
Matthew 28:19
The Word of God says that God has chosen and called all of us to be His chosen people. God is the one who chose us, and He determines us to be part of His plan. God’s call for us is so that we live holy and pleasing before Him because God has sacrificed Himself to redeem us and make us holy. He chose us so we can do His will, live holy and not do evil things. Therefore, we have to guard this life in order to remain pleasing before God. Always keep in mind that God is holy, so we also must live holy. Even though evil often tempts us to sin, we must get rid of everything unpleasing in His eyes. Never waste the sacrifice of Christ to redeem our sins. Let’s live holy all the time.
God has also called us to reach the souls. It is written in Matthew 28 that God commands us to share the gospel, and this is one of our calls as a believer. There are a lot of unsaved souls around us. Since God has saved us, we are supposed to be able to share the gospel to save those who have not been saved. We must care for them. Never be afraid to share the gospel because God will always be with us and give us the ability to do it when we have to do it. Keep in mind that one saved soul matters.
Each of us has also been called to serve God. Serving God is our call as believers because God provides time, opportunities, and talents that we can use to serve Him. What we do for God will never be wasted. Everything will be taken into account. Let all things we have can be used to serve the Lord. God has also chosen and determined us to be fruitful for Him.
Our lives fully belong to Christ. Let us focus on God and carry out every task and calling that He has determined for us.
