Reading Verse: Genesis 49:1-33
Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.
Isaiah 41:10
This life that we have is not just for us to go through, but there are things that we must ponder upon in order to stay optimistic. Firstly, we need to understand that we may not always have a smooth path in our ways. There will be times that we have to face problems, bittersweet, failure, and victory as long as we live in this world. Even if we experience failure, we should not be pessimistic. We must always be optimistic because God’s plan for us is beautiful. God will give us victory. Even when we are having good times, we should always give thanks to God because only God can enable us to get the best. In anything, we need to focus on God, as He is the Source of our lives. In this life, we are taught not to stop sowing. As long as we are still alive, the cycle of sowing and reaping will never stop. Therefore, we should never stop sowing. The Word of God explains that when we sow, one day we will reap. In this life, we are taught to sow compassion, by helping others who are in need, so in the due time we will reap.
In living this life, we must always move forward. We must not stop, especially when there are problems, because we cannot turn back time. Therefore we must rise up in every circumstance. We must believe that God always gives us a chance to be a winner. We should never be controlled by our past, as our lives are not determined by the past, but by today. With God, we will be strong and keep moving forward in reaching the purpose and destiny of our lives. We also should always be merciful to forgive others who do wrong to us. Oftentimes, we are hurt by others. In this kind of situation, we must be able to forgive, because as long as we are alive, we still have the tendency to get hurt by others. We must have a big heart and forgive one another.
This life is God’s grace to us. We should always give thanks regardless of our circumstances. We need to go through this life optimistically, because God’s plan is beautiful for us. Amen.
