The Success Factor

Reading Verse: Numbers 5:1-31

You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised.
Hebrews 10:36

Everyone wants to be successful in life. But, achieving success is not easy as there are many factors to determine success. First of all, in order to be successful we need to persevere and be patient. In general, people want to have success in a short time period, so they seldom have patience. In fact, success can be achieved with perseverance. When we are able to persevere in what we do, just believe that one day we will get victory. Despite of challenges, problems or even failures, we have to keep persevering and be patient. We also have to get back up and fight to achieve victory. A persevered person will not complain regardless what he does. In Christianity, we need to have perseverance in prayers and in waiting for God’s promise. Everything will be revealed according to His perfect timing. Be strong and be patient in Him.

In addition, we need to have the wisdom of God as it will enable us to reach victory. God’s wisdom is beyond human’s and is indefinite. In order to have His wisdom, we need to have the fear of the Lord because the Word says that the fear of the Lord is the source of wisdom. We have to guard our attitude in order to please Him.

Another success factor is always be in the right path. Every human being has an experience of failures, but it doesn’t mean that we stay in the same problems. Instead, we should be able to overcome the situation. Our mistakes in the past should never weaken us, because God always gives us a chance to reach victory. Even though there are many challenges in life, never be pessimistic, but believe that God created us to be conquerors, and even more than conquerors. Therefore, never be pessimistic or doubtful because God will always be with us to achieve victory. Amen.
