Reading Verse: Exodus 21:1-36

Commit your way to the Lord;
trust in him and he will do this

Psalms 37:5

In living this life, sometimes we find a difficult situation, or sometimes we experience a situation that seems hard to change. For example, we can’t change our family since we can’t choose our parents. The situations in life are not always like what we want. However, we should keep our spirit in going through life, especially during hard times. Believe that there is no coincidence; God always interferes in our lives, and everything happens for a good reason. We should be strong in going through the process until we see the love of God is prevailed.

Therefore, we must be able to submit everything that we experience to God. Never rely on our own strength, because only with Him we can face all things. Whenever we surrender, God will give His hand to help. Surrendering to Jesus means that we let God works upon us because He is able to change bad into good things, so let God work in our lives.

We will have joy, peace, and strength when we surrender to God. Surrendering to God doesn’t mean we are defeated to our situations but it is about depending on God’s work in our lives. When we surrender there will be no more worries, and we only trust Jesus and not depending on our own strength.

So, when we encounter a difficult situation, don’t give up and make your own decision. In God there is always hope and a way out. Surrender all to Jesus then He will act. Believe that there is no difficulty when we surrender to Him because He is able to do all things.

Living with submission will get us victory. Let’s from this moment on we learn to surrender whatever our situations are to God, so that in the end we see His glory upon us. Amen.
