Reading Verse: Leviticus 22:1-33

“Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”

Hebrews 13:5

As we walk through this life, our relatives or business partners often make promise that sometimes make us disappointed when they fail to do their promises. People’s promises are not certain since they have many flaws and weaknesses. Only God’s promise never changes and never fails. When He makes a promise, He will fulfill it even though it seems that He doesn’t fulfill it immediately nor directly, but He always keep His words. God’s promise will always give strength for us. Therefore, we should grow in God’s promise so that our lives will always be strengthened.

In the Word of God we can find many of His promises that are able to give us strength. In Philippians 4:19 it says that God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus. So don’t worry about all your needs, because God will always fulfill all of them. In Matthew 6 is written that God takes care of all birds in the air and as humans He will take care of us even more. Trust all of our lives to God. Trust that He knows more about all we need beyond what we can think of and He is able to do it all for us.

When we are facing many struggles, never worry we will not be tempted beyond what we can bear, and God will give the best way out (1 Corinthians10:13). In Hebrews 13 :5 God makes a promise that He will never leave nor forsake us as Jesus is always with us. So in times of troubles, never give up or feel alone because God will always be with us, and He even cares about everything in our lives. He will give His help for us. His guidance in our lives is perfect.

Although we haven’t really seen God’s promise today, don’t worry and keep holding onto His promise because everything will be revealed in His perfect timing. Don’t be afraid in facing anything because we’ve got God’s promise as the guarantee of our lives. His promise is firm and will never change.

God’s promise will bring us into victorious life. Amen
