The Key to Overcome Problems

Reading Verse: Genesis 46:1-34

O Israel, hope in the LORD; For with the LORD there is mercy, and with Him is abundant redemption.

Psalms 130:7

            As long we live, we will not be free from problems. Problems will come and go. Even so, don’t be discouraged, as the most important thing is our attitude in facing the problems. We need to have a positive attitude and stay optimistic in facing every problem. We cannot run away from problems; it cannot be prevented from happening, we need to face it. However, human’s strength is very limited. That’s why we need to stay in Him. In Him, we will receive new strength that will keep us going in facing every shake the problems cause. Staying in Him means we will have more intimate time with God, we will pray more often so His strength will fall upon us. When we stay in Him, He will give us wisdom in facing our problems, so in the end, we will get our victory. Remember, there is no other power that can help to sustain us, just the strength of God. Each one of us needs to have the right attitude when facing problems, by staying in Him.

When facing problems, we must not just be quiet, because it will make us to become pessimistic. Instead we must have courage, rise up, and march forward in living this life. Surrender everything to God, and He will work on our behalf. We must keep doing what we can. Besides that, we ought to have determination so we can overcome the problems and not be conquered by the problems. We must be strong in God. We must believe that every problem that happens is not bigger than our strength. Every problem is ordinary, and we have an extraordinary God, so for sure we will be able to undergo it. God is faithful and just. For every problem, there will be a way out, not a dead end. We need to have faith that with God we will be victorious. No matter how big our problem is, believe that God will give His hands to help us. Having faith equals to receiving victory.

Though our life is filled with ups and downs, and problems, don’t be afraid. God promised to give those who hope on Him strength and victory. Let’s live our lives with firm faith. Amen.
