On the 6th of October 2017, our small team departed to Makassar, and then Luwuk in Central Sulawesi. Luwuk is a beautiful small city, located by the sea. The seawater is clear blue and turquoise. Pastor Daniel Hendrata and Pastor Debby Catharina were scheduled to speak in a Guard Your Family seminar and in a few Sunday Services.
On the 7th of October 2017, Pastor Daniel and Pastor Debby spoke in Guard Your Family seminar in GPdI Calvari, Luwuk, from 10 am to 4 pm. They had wonderful sessions. Most of the seminar participants are GoodNews viewers and some are pastors from other churches. Everyone felt so blessed by the teaching they received.
Both pastors were equipping and empowering them, knowing very well the issues and challenges that a family must face in the end-times. The Question and Answer session was also very exciting. After the seminar, both pastors spent time to take pictures with them, to do meet and greet, and book signing.
On Sunday morning, the 8th of October 2017, Pastor Daniel was back to minister at GPdI Calvari, Luwuk, while Pastor Debby was ministering at GPPS Luwuk. Both pastors got to meet more people who mostly happen to be GoodNews viewers, and made new friends. Praise the Lord for the blessed services. We hope the Word that was sown in Luwuk will never come back in vain, but it will do exactly what the Lord purposed it to do, and bring harvest in the life of the listeners. Amen.
From Luwuk, Pastor Debby proceeded back to Jakarta, while Pastor Daniel and team went on to Baturube to inaugurate Rumah Belajar Anugrah, which we have built. After that, they will continue their journey to Uetuwu to supervise the operational of Pondok Kasih Anugrah and Anugrah School, and then to Toraja to start the 47th Church MakeOver project. May God’s name be lifted up through all the lines of ministry we do in Anugrah Ministries. God bless!
