Time really flies and before we realize it our Good News program has reached the 300th episode. On 22 August 2015, by the grace of God, we successfully recorded our 300th episode. Looking back, in 2005 we started from a very humble beginning with only 4 people in our team. At that time Ps. Daniel himself edited the video and did the post-production of the whole TV program from home. Now we have 20 people who are involved in the recording and production of the program.
For this special episode we prepared a “300” backdrop sign, made of giant Styrofoam pieces. A few good men and women from our staff volunteered themselves for a few hours to make this sign using simple cardboard knives and saws. The result, as seen in the pictures, was amazing.
In this episode we had Eka Deli, the famous gospel and pop singer, as our guest. She also performed beautiful songs, such as: Great is Thy Faithfulness, and Give Thanks. We felt so blessed to have her as our guest speaker because she shared beautiful testimonies of her life. Ray Nainggolan, a young and talented singer together with his band, Ray & Co completed our 300th episode with awesome performances.
Toward the end of the episode we gathered our team to take a big family picture. We celebrated this major milestone with confetti, and followed by a wonderful group dinner where we also invited students and center leaders from our Adikku Sayang scholarship program around Jakarta to join us. We give all glory and honor to our amazing God, who has bestowed us the grace to be able to reach this new height. Also we send our heart-felt gratitude to our loyal donators and sponsors who have been supporting us all these years. God bless you. Amen.
