Only Trusting

Reading verse: Exodus 17: 1 – 16

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.”

Proverbs 3: 5

Trust is an easy word to say. However, it is very difficult to put into practice when one is in the midst of a bad situation. However, God wants us to keep trusting in Him and not doubt no matter the situations we face. We live by faith and not by sight. This means that we should keep our trust only in Jesus, though the reality we are facing might not be the same as what we hoped for. Henceforth, we need to keep our trust in Him. This is not easy, but we should still trust Him. Also, never be afraid for our lives are determined by the promises of God and not by problems.

Trust only in God for He is able to send His help down for us, and His power cannot be limited by anything. We should never depend on our own strength for there is a limit to human strength but God’s strength is limitless. Also, the power of God never changes. He has given help before and at this time He will also give us the help we need. Never doubt His help and surrender everything unto Him.

By trusting, we will receive help from God and He will heal us. Thus, when we trust, we should not doubt and we will receive miracles from God. If we doubt and not trust, it will hinder God’s blessings from coming down to us. Though our prayers are not answered yet and miracles are not yet happening, remain strong in faith. Focus only on God, for help comes from Him.

The word of God says that though there were no reasons left for Abraham to trust, he still trusted and hoped in the Lord till eventually God’s promises were fulfilled in his life. God never disappoints His people who hope on Him.

Thus, even when there seems to be no more choice left for us, or even when we are in a dead end, the right thing we should do is to trust God and surrender unto Him. In Him, there is miracle and help, and he will definitely help us if we trust in Him and surrender our lives to Him. He is a good God. His help never comes late. He will help us right in His time. Amen.

By trusting, we will receive God’s help and healing.
