Praise the Lord! Anugrah Ministries could once again hold its annual Christmas Celebration & Partner Gathering that\u2019s awaited by its boards, donators, sponsors, partners and friends.<\/p>\n
This time, the venue took place in the very classic Baliroom, at Hotel Indonesia (Kempinski). At the pre function room, we were holding photo exhibition I See Grace. The 60 photos that we exhibited gave an overall view of our ministry\u2019s journey for the past 8 years.<\/p>\n
The event was attended by 130 people, started with drama musical When You Believe, directed by Gatot Rahmadi. The soul-touching drama musical showed the struggle of street children who really wish to go to school but have no facility to do so. It is our responsibility as the children of God to become an extension of His hands, to bring Christmas wherever we go. Wonderfully starred by a little actress (also Brand Ambassador of Adikku Sayang), Christabelle Grace Marbun, together with all children of Adikku Sayang from Anugrah Learning Center in Mangga Ubi and Tanah Merah, Jakarta, and youth team from GBI Fatmawati.<\/p>\n
Joe Richard (actor, presenter, also Brand Ambassador of Adikku Sayang) supported this event, along with Billy Simpson (the Voice), Nova Putri, Desi Fitri, and Master of Ceremony, Tommy Siahaan.<\/p>\n
After the drama musical, we conducted a painting auction. Woman of Virtue, a masterpiece of artist Sasya Tranggono was sold for US $13,000. Half of the sale was donated to Anugrah Ministries by the artist for the development of Adikku Sayang.<\/p>\n
While enjoying their set menu dinner, the attendance followed through the programs. At the climax of the program, Ps. Daniel Hendrata and Ps. Debby Catharina shared the word of God taken from the book of Psalm 2:8, \u201cAsk of Me, and I will give you the nations for your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for your possessions.\u201d Ps. Daniel and Ps. Debby then continued with their presentation of Road Map 2014.<\/p>\n
In the new year of 2014, God will entrust many more works to Anugrah Ministries, such as:<\/strong><\/p>\n – 1,000 Children, Yes We Can! Giving scholarship to 1,000 children at Adikku Sayang program.<\/p>\n – 20 Church MakeOvers all over Indonesia.<\/p>\n – Building an Internet TV network which will facilitate teenagers and youth to explore their potentials through various programs.<\/p>\n – Conducting Anugrah Congress, gathering and equipping servants of God from all regions, whose church we have made over, so they can carry out their ministry in more effective ways.<\/p>\n – Holding events that will bless the nation: Mass Holy Matrimony in Uetuwu interior, Revival Meetings and Seminars, etc.<\/p>\n May God grant His favour so Anugrah Ministries will be able to accomplish its plans, and execute them into reality, in 2014.
