It took seven months to build this brand new sanctuary of Gereja Sion Bangkit (Revived Sion Church). This church consists of radical believers even though many of them are scavengers and very poor people. They have been enduring their hardship of lives and persistently believing that Christ has something great in stored for them.\u00a0\u00a0 This must be why the Lord had chosen them to partner with us.<\/p>\n
As the church is located and surrounded with those who are not yet believers, the leadership of the church agrees that the building also serves as a community centre, thus Ps. Daniel Mulyono named this building Wisma Anugrah (House of Grace). As a result, this building has become blessings for the local community.<\/p>\n
In the handover day,\u00a0 Ps. Daniel challenge the congregation to grow even more in maturity in Christ. We could see how the congregation was so happy and excited that finally they could have a new place. No longer they had to fear that the flood would rise up and disturb their church service any longer.<\/p>\n
As for Ps. Daniel Mulyono and his family, we built them a decent home for their living. Finally, the good Lord answered their prayer. In the past, they used to live in a rugged shacked. So during any rainy day, they must use umbrella inside their house in order not to get wet. As the bible says that those who sow in tears will reap in joy. Thank you for the partners of Anugrah Ministries who made it to happen. It is such a blessing that together we can become a channel of God\u2019s blessing to an amazing soil.<\/p>\n
