DEFINITION:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Unity is the combination of various elements.<\/p>\n

Unity in an organization starts with the discovery of self-identity of each member.<\/p>\n

When one understands his self- identity, he fulfills his existence and he no longer searches for acknowledgement regarding his existence. Instead, he will share what he has.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

THE MAINTENANCE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Honesty and regular practice is needed to be able to see and bring to pass each member\u2019s strengths specifically, that each individual may feel special in his own place. Thus, each individual would be set free from the feeling of envy towards his friends, and there would be no need to \u201cfight\u201d for credit for the things a member has done.<\/p>\n

When one is a \u201cfulfilled\u201d individual, he feels secure and he will be a wonderful builder to those around him.<\/p>\n
